One partner. Clear direction. Controlled execution.
Behind every jobsite sit decisions that move the numbers directly: costs, timelines, how smoothly operations run, and the final quality of the build.
At Koncret, we take that responsibility seriously.
As a general contractor, we manage the project end to end, from budget preparation and planning through to the execution of the work and final delivery. Each step is held to the same standard so the project moves forward in a way that stays coherent and lined up with what the client actually needs.
Our team is trained on the ground, which means it reads problems early, before they turn into obstacles. That practical sense of the jobsite lets us act fast, hold the line and protect the project even when the context keeps shifting.
A jobsite performs on the strength of the decisions made along the way, not on execution alone.

Koncret came out of a meeting between field experience and a modern take on project management.
An architectural technologist since 1995, Marc Dugas built his expertise on major commercial, institutional and industrial projects, working with some of the most established names in the industry. That experience gave him a deep read on the technical, operational and human sides of construction.
When he founded Koncret with his daughter Emmanuelle, he set out to put that expertise into a human-scale company, one that could stay more accessible, more agile and more involved with its clients. Read our story.
Today, Koncret pairs technical precision and structured management with a concrete grasp of what happens on the jobsite. Around this father-daughter leadership sits a specialized team with the expertise complex projects require, held to the same standard of quality, transparency and rigour.
