Koncret is a family construction company based in Quebec, founded by Marc Dugas and built up alongside his daughter Emmanuelle, who officially joined at the end of 2021 after years spent with real estate firms and contractors around Quebec City.
That partnership is a natural continuation of a career shaped by the jobsite, by project management, and by a concrete understanding of how construction actually works.
Over the past 35 years, Marc built his expertise on major commercial, institutional and industrial projects, developing a deep command of planning, technical coordination and jobsite execution. Emmanuelle brings a structured approach to management, a current view of operations, and close attention to the client experience and the quality of follow-ups.
Together they lead a multidisciplinary team with the expertise complex projects require. Project managers, superintendents, specialized professionals and technical partners all work toward the same thing: rigorous, coherent, durable oversight at every stage of the project.
As it has grown, Koncret has surrounded itself with people who share the same standards, the same demand for quality, and the same interest in building lasting relationships of trust with clients.
Our craft has not changed: solid, thoughtful, durable projects, built for the people who occupy and run them every day.

At Koncret, we believe a project is only as good as the people who build it.
So we put real weight on the well-being, balance and professional growth of our team. A healthy, structured, respectful workplace makes for better collaboration, more rigour on the ground, and durable work at every level of the company. We are convinced of it.
Our human approach is part of how we build, not an afterthought.
With the support of a workplace psychology professional, our team works to recognize each person's strengths, put the right people in the right roles, and keep a work dynamic that is motivating, stable and respectful of the human side of construction.
